It all started about 20 years ago when I was changing my diet. I was finding that low fat and sugar free foods were not satisfying my carvings.
I needed richness but also something that my body would utilize. This is when I committed my self to eating whole. Not low fat not sugar free or alternative sugar, not glutenfree. I just wanted treats that were as close to nature as possible that were delicious and just like common treats but that my body can utilize and so my cookie was created. Made with freshly milled grains and seeds, cold and expeller pressed oils, brown eggs, and unbleached, sugar crystals, and all real flavors my cookies are the real deal delicious treat.
